You are responsible for the continuous growth and quality assurance of our network, and ensures that all collaborations meet our high standards. counseling to therapy and first-line advice, including legal and financial matters.

Our carefully curated network of expert coaches, counselors and psychologists offers

provide short-term, solution-oriented guidance programs, both by phone, online and face-to-face.

Werkzaamheden

Tasks and responsibilities

• Active recruitment and onboarding of new coaches, counselors and psychologists.

• Primary point of contact for all practical issues and questions from the network.

• Management and updating of collaborative contracts.

• Monitoring the implementation and progress of guidance programs.

• Monitor compliance with short-term, solution-oriented treatment interventions.

• Monitor data quality and ensure accurate, up-to-date recording.

• Monitoring no-shows and cancellations, and identifying patterns for improvement.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• A HBO/WO course in (applied) psychology, social work, SPH, psychosocial

counselor, mental health care nurse, or equivalent.

• A junior/medior professional with at least 1-5 years of work experience.

• Preferably experience with network management, case management or care coordination.

• Familiarity with the context and principles of short-term interventions.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• You are accurate, independent and you think in a solution-oriented way.

• You speak and write Dutch fluently and have a good command of the English language.
