Lyra Nederland specializes in Employee Assistance and Workforce Mental Health programs. We support employees, management, staff members and independent entrepreneurs — and their family members — with a wide range of services, from coaching and counseling to therapy and first-line legal and financial advice.

Our team consists of nine committed colleagues who work together, inspire each other and always make room for a dose of humor and relaxation. The offer

What do we offer you?

· A competitive salary between €2,600 and €3,100 (based on 40 hours), depending on your experience.

· Flexible working hours and the ability to work partly from home.

Werkzaamheden

As an Office Support Employee, you work closely with our Office Manager to keep the daily processes running smoothly. You ensure efficient support for both the team and management.

This includes tasks such as:

- Answering phone calls and handling email

- Create cases and enter data into the client system

- Schedule intake appointments

- Network redirects

- Send order confirmations

- Case administration

- Request administrative follow-up and missing data

- Closing cases and sending evaluations

- Invoicing control

- Administrative processing requests for additional sessions

Requirements

Who are you?

You are a proactive and flexible professional with an MBO-4 level of work and thinking and a solid administrative background. You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and are a star in keeping an overview, multitasking and working accurately. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Dutch, are essential. Also a good oral and written knowledge of English, or you are willing to brush this up. Residing in the province of Utrecht is a requirement.
